The second session of the international WIRE DOCTUS 2026 doctoral seminar program took place on May 4, 2026. remotely, and was organized by the National Academy of Theatre and Film Arts (NATFA, Sofia). The seminar topic “The Unbearable Lightness of Freedom” invited doctoral students and artistic researchers to explore the connections between freedom and decadence in contemporary artistic research. The program included a lecture by Prof. Elizaveta Boeva, presentations of doctoral students’ research, discussions, and creative workshops dedicated to non-traditional methodological approaches in the field of artistic research.
