May 26-27, 2026Lithuanian Academy of Music and Theatre <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n

The third session of the international WIRE DOCTUS 2026 doctoral seminar program took place on May 26\u201327, 2026 at the Lithuanian Academy of Music and Theatre in Vilnius. The seminar topic \u201cThe Decadent Gaze as Method in Artistic Research\u201d was dedicated to artistic research methodologies, examining the concept of decadence as a method of creative reflection and artistic practice. The program included a lecture by philosopher Dr. Kristupas Saboliaus, a practical workshop by film artist and artistic research researcher Miklos Tamas Ambrozy, discussions by doctoral students, and a meeting with researchers from the Enact_Now research cluster, during which the topics of media, artificial intelligence, surveillance technologies, war, and digital reality in contemporary artistic research were discussed. <\/p>\n\n
