The first session of the international WIRE DOCTUS 2026 doctoral seminar program took place on 13\u201314 April 2026 in Lisbon, at the Lus\u00f3fona University. The seminar theme \u2013 \u201cCinema and Decadence: The New Relevance of an Old Topic\u201d \u2013 brought together doctoral students and researchers for discussions on decadence in cinema, fashion, technology and artistic research. The program included guest lectures, film screenings and discussions, workshops on artificial intelligence and algorithmic bias in artistic research, as well as a visit to the WIRE artistic research exhibition. <\/p>\n\n
